Dispatch and transit estimates
A typical order needs approximately 1–2 business days of processing before it leaves. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days. These are distinct estimates, not arrival guarantees, and may be affected by holidays, address issues, weather or carrier delays.
Shipping costs and problems
Look at checkout for the applicable charge or eligibility for free shipping. Tracking information is provided when available and may take time to update. Contact us about lateness, loss, a delivered-but-missing parcel or damage using the order number, purchasing email and tracking number. Check the delivery surroundings for a delivered scan, and keep damaged items and packaging for photos and any carrier inquiry.
